Job Title: Titles Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite)

Assignment Type: Long-term Temp (6 months- 1 year+) (Possible conversion based on performance and hiring needs)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Associate to join a close-knit, collaborative team. This role supports our client's Servicing Support department by processing a high volume of title requests with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate has experience working with auto, DMV, or mortgage titles and thrives in a structured, clerical, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming Title requests across multiple channels
  • Access and navigate various systems and databases to complete tasks
  • Prepare, release, and verify documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Handle inbound calls, follow-up calls, and email communications
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
  • Assist with additional duties as needed to support the team

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Detail oriented with strong accuracy in clerical tasks
  • Experience working with auto titles, DMV processing, or mortgage titles
  • Background in banking or auto finance is a plus
  • Comfortable working in multiple systems and databases
  • Able to self-manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys working in a small, family-like team setting

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications
  • Experience with standard office equipment (phone, fax, printer, scanner, computer)
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • High level of reliability, professionalism, and teamwork
